Can my subscription be used at other Columbus Café locations?
Your Columbus Café subscription is valid only at the location where it was purchased. Subscriptions are non-transferable between locations.
How many drinks can I get per day?
One drink per day, per subscription plan. Daily redemptions reset each calendar day and do not roll over or accumulate if unused.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The Classic covers one large hot brewed coffee, hot tea or bottle water per day at $39.99/month. The Signature includes one specialty beverage per day — lattes, cappuccinos, espresso drinks, and more at $69.99/month - Exemptions apply. Both plans include all member perks.
Do upgrades like oat milk or extra shots come with the subscription?
Standard milk is included. Alternative milks (oat, almond, soy) can be covered by adding our Milk Plus Add-On for just +$6/month. Additional espresso shots, syrups, and size upgrades are charged at regular menu prices, keeping your base subscription affordable.
Can I share my subscription with someone?
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Each membership is created with personal picture and tied to one individual and verified at the counter, this keeps pricing fair for everyone in the program.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time through your Reward Up member portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing cycle there are no partial refunds for unused days, and no long term contracts to worry about.
How do I claim my free travel tumbler or ceramic mug?
Simply visit the counter after you sign up and show your active subscription confirmation. A team member will hand you your Columbus Café reusable travel mug or ceramic mug during your first visit.
Does the catering discount apply to delivery orders?
The 15% catering discount applies to pickup orders placed in-store or over the phone. Just mention your active subscription when placing your order. Perfect for office meetings or family gatherings.
How do I claim my Birthday Treat?
Simply visit Columbus Café Erin Mills on your birthday and let a team member know you're a subscriber. You'll receive one complimentary dessert, cookie, or pastry of your choice on us. Your birthday is verified through your membership profile.
What can I use to identify my active subscription
There are two easy ways to identify your active subscription at the counter, your custom Columbus Café branded keychain fob, which can be quickly scanned by our team, or your RewardUp membership profile on your phone. Both are accepted, so use whichever is most convenient for you that day.
What is the Columbus Café Subscription Keychain?
Every subscriber receives a custom Columbus Café branded keychain fob at sign-up. At the counter, simply present your keychain fob for a quick scan or pull up your Reward Up membership profile on your phone, whichever is easiest for you. Fast, seamless, and always at your fingertips whether your phone is in your pocket or your keys are in your hand.
How do I manage my subscription?
Your subscription is managed entirely through your personal Reward Up membership profile. From there you can view your membership status, update your payment method, track your billing dates, and cancel anytime, all on your own schedule, no need to call or visit the café. It's designed to give you full control with zero hassle.
Is a profile photo required for my RewardUp account?
Yes. A profile photo is required for all active subscriptions. It serves two important purposes, it allows our team to quickly verify your identity at the counter for a smooth redemption experience, and it's required should you ever need a replacement keychain fob. Your photo is stored securely within your RewardUp profile and is only used for membership verification purposes.
